Once any advisory, consulting, or related service has been fully delivered or marked as completed in accordance with the agreed scope, no refund shall be applicable. This includes completion of consultation sessions, reports, documentation, or advisory phases as defined in the service agreement.
If a client chooses to discontinue services before completion, a partial refund may be considered. The refundable amount, if any, will depend on the extent of work already performed and expenses incurred by Grantedge Advisory Private Limited up to the cancellation date.
For services paid in advance, cancellations made prior to service initiation may qualify for a refund after deducting administrative, planning, or preparatory costs already incurred.
Services involving customized documentation, research, reports, or filings are eligible for partial refunds only if cancelled before completion. The refund amount will be proportionate to the unfinished scope of work.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of confirmation and will be credited using the original payment method unless mutually agreed otherwise.

In the event a mutual resolution cannot be achieved, disputes shall be governed by the applicable laws and jurisdiction as stated in our Terms & Conditions.
